What You’ll Do:

  • Lead month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Own inventory accounting and reporting, including reconciliations, cost analysis, and variance tracking.
  • Partner with operations, supply chain, and production teams to align financial data with business performance.
  • Prepare detailed journal entries, account reconciliations, and ad hoc financial reports to guide decision-making.
  • Support audits, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP.
  • Drive process improvements, including optimizing ERP workflows and implementing best practices.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance policies, internal controls, and overall accounting efficiency.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, providing insights that help leadership make smarter business decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or other inventory-driven environments.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and solid Excel skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach – you see opportunities and act on them.
