Salary: $22 - $30 per hour A bit about us: We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our shop team in Hollywood, FL. This role is responsible for fabricating and welding metal components used in custom awning systems and structural assemblies. You’ll work from blueprints and specifications to produce high-quality, durable products that meet customer requirements. Why join us? Stable, growing company with consistent project flow Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision Overtime opportunities available Hands-on work with a skilled, tight-knit team Job Details Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, steel, and other metals Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Cut, fit, and assemble metal components to specification Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, and drills Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards Assist with layout and measurements for custom builds Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience Proficiency in MIG and/or TIG welding Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience working with aluminum and light structural materials preferred Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Interested in hearing more?
