HVAC Engineer As an HVAC Engineer, you will be in an environment to learn and grow while designing projects both locally and in the Caribbean. Projects range from large‑scale mission critical data centers, resorts, labs, to commercial hi‑rises with integrated sustainability. Local Candidates Only Responsibilities & Qualifications Create HVAC designs under the direction of the senior engineer and perform BIM drafting for a variety of projects to develop understanding of mechanical systems design. Ownership of the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the work assignments. Knowledge and experience with calculations, equipment selection, ductwork layout, piping layout and construction documents. Attend field visits, meet with clients and vendors. General coordination of specific design aspects into a project. 1 to 4 years of professional experience designing HVAC systems in high performance facilities. Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Working knowledge of Revit / BIM a big plus. Communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills. Background in either science and technology or academic sector is helpful. Professional commitment to sustainability; LEED accreditation is a plus. FE given priority.
