Located in Appleton, WI

Salary: $21.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay: $21.00/HR

Duties:

• Measure, cut, and assemble conveyor belts according to work orders and specifications
• Assist with belt splicing, vulcanizing, and fabrication processes
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse or shop
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor roles preferred
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed written or verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required for the job
• Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
