Description:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, general cleanliness and compliant operation of a 55,000 square foot FAA Part 145 certificated repair station serving two companies. This position provides critical support for all building systems, specialized aviation ground support equipment, and heavy industrial machinery. The Facilities Manager ensures continuity of operations by managing both scheduled preventive maintenance and responding to unscheduled maintenance events across all systems within the facility.
