Perform MIG welding on steel for new builds and repair work up to 1 1/2 inch thickness in Valley, NE
Execute stick welding for field repairs as needed
Complete TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum with strong appearance and production quality
Use plasma and torch cutting equipment for fabrication projects
Interpret project needs through conversations and translate them into finished products
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Shift between projects and priorities to meet critical deadlines
Collaborate with team members while contributing your own expertise and ideas

Minimum 3 years of fabrication experience
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding
Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and blueprint interpretation
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience with plasma cutting and torch work
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to commute to Valley, NE 68064
Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed
