Vetted is seeking a RN - Hospice Palliative Care for a travel job in Asheville, North Carolina .

Must have 2+ years of experience.

This contract pays approximately $6,856/month gross.

Assignment details:

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift length: 12 hour shifts
• Hours per week: 36
• Start Date: ASAP

Job responsibilities:

• Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
• Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up instructions, and self-management strategies.
• Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams.
• Use infection prevention practices during patient encounters and procedures.
