Job Introduction

We are seeking a motivated, success oriented individual that is comfortable being  productive and detail-oriented, with a professional attitude, as well as, being  career associate minded  for our established  expanding accounting office. CPA experience is provided. This role is ideal for someone with a mid-high level of accounting experience and who is aspirating io further develop one's skills in a fast paced doable environment. Hi value to our company would be one pursuing a CPA certification under the new 2027 qualifications . The position involves work in accounting, QuickBooks (Desktop & Online), Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as participation in projects such as Form 1120 and 1041 preparations, and other valuable experience projects. We value integrity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of verifiable accounting experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, Power Point helpful for our upcoming publications 
• Ability to work efficiently with strong attention to detail and ability to follow given instructions
• and review one's work product 
• Comfortable working accurately with numbers and financial data
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• High level of integrity and accountability for job performance and overall with desire to exceed expectations
• Ability to meet firm our reasonable performance guidelines and deadlines
• CPA certification candidate preferred, if possible with transcripts evidencing progress toward new requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete general accounting projects, and be willing to learn new skills
• Prepare or support preparations of Forms 1120 and 1041, with additional experience to be provided
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve desired with end goals in mind
• Manage assigned tasks efficiently and adhere to firm guidelines and standards
• Utilize Excel and Word for reporting, documentation, and project needs-no advance skills required
• Full time work schedule 10-4pm to be arranged on days to be worked with some flexibility
