A premier, high-end private golf club is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to support the opening and ongoing operations of a new Bistro concept on property. This is a unique opportunity to join an elevated culinary program serving a discerning membership in a refined yet approachable dining environment.

Position Overview:

The Senior Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and execution at a high level. This role is ideal for a chef coming from a strong restaurant background or large-format/luxury hotel environment who is ready to step into a key leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily kitchen operations with a hands-on leadership approach
• Execute and maintain high culinary standards across all offerings
• Assist in menu development, costing, and seasonal changes
• Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff
• Ensure consistency in execution, presentation, and quality control
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or Chef de Cuisine
• Background in high-quality restaurants or luxury hotel environments (large-scale or high-volume preferred)
• Strong operational awareness and kitchen leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a detail-oriented, guest-focused environment
• Passion for hospitality and elevated dining
