TechSource is hiring a full-time Senior HVAC Engineer to serve as the technical subject matter expert to identify candidates and work scope for future business growth. conduct construction document reviews and work on large-scale projects from planning to execution phases supporting Department of Energy (DOE) facilities. You will work a hybrid work arrangement in Aiken, SC or Knoxville, TN, depending on your location. Responsibilities Identify candidates and work scope for large projects at two Department of Energy facilities. Provide technical direction to engineers. Plan, organize, and coordinate process/engineering team/design projects from inception to project startup. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. 7 or more years of HVAC engineering experience, including project management experience. US citizenship is required. Working knowledge of federal (including DOE Orders), state, and local codes and standards applicable to HVAC design and systems. Preferred Qualifications Active DOE Q or Top Secret security clearance. DOE/NNSA work experience or knowledge.
