Overview:
Now Hiring: Seat Assemblers – Athens, AL Pay: $17.00/hour Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM Ōnin Staffing is currently hiring Seat Assemblers in the Athens, AL area! We are looking for dependable, motivated candidates ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Duties: Assemble automotive seats and seat components Use hand tools and production equipment Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met Follow safety guidelines and work instructions Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Lift, move, and handle materials as needed Work in a fast-paced team environment
Skills and Experience:
Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift and carry materials as needed Ability to stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality required Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed Schedule: Regular hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM Expect 1 to 4 hours of overtime daily as needed Weekend work may be required based on production demands Why Work with Ōnin Staffing?
