Qualifications 2 years of call center experience Excellent communication skills Microsoft Excel skills Responsibilities Emphasis is on general customer service for warranty plans, claims, credits, sales, and product registration. Formulate business decisions based on information provided during the call. Accurately document information within multiple database systems. Adhere to KPI(s), as defined by the leadership team, to ensure you are meeting departmental expectations and quality assurance. Act as a back‑up to Outbound Contact Center Team, focusing on closing extended warranty sales with the assistance of progressive calling. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $18.00 per hour.
