Exciting opportunity available for an experienced Radiation Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in a dynamic clinical environment. Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts
• Non-benefitted assignment

Key Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy
• Demonstrated experience working as a Radiation Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with patients and the medical team
• Elekta equipment experience is advantageous, but not required
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed radiation treatments to patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare and operate radiation therapy equipment with accuracy and safety
• Maintain precise patient records, documenting all treatments and patient responses
• Closely monitor patients for side effects and address concerns, providing compassionate support throughout therapy
• Collaborate with medical physicists, radiation oncologists, and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Uphold strict adherence to safety standards and infection control policies
• Participate in continuing education to remain current with evolving technologies and best practices
