GREAT PAY
This plumbing position earns a competitive salary of $85,000 to $100,000+ per year plus bonuses and commissions.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS A MASTER PLUMBER - SERVICE MANAGER
This full-time position typically works Monday through Friday .
As our Master Plumber - Service Manager, you are the seasoned leader of our crew. You bring experience to the forefront as you competently oversee our field service team of technicians and apprentices. Thanks to your expertise, you adeptly delegate tasks and manage productivity, ensuring projects are completed on time with the correct amount of labor. With a keen eye, you diligently monitor daily call averages to ensure our technicians meet their performance benchmarks consistently.
An excellent communicator, you facilitate seamless coordination between your team and our customers, ensuring all aspects of the project progress smoothly. Prioritizing superior workmanship and exceptional customer service, you hold your team to the highest standards while providing the necessary support for their success. You get great satisfaction from orchestrating challenging projects and leading an exceptional team !
REQUIREMENTS FOR A MASTER PLUMBER - SERVICE MANAGER
Master plumbing license
Comfortable managing others
