YOUR DAY TO DAY Our Sugaristas are beauty enthusiasts who love hair removal! You’ll provide sugaring services in a fast paced, high volume environment while building genuine connections with clients. Our teams are confident multitaskers that combine strong sugaring technique with a few front of house responsibilities to keep the day running smoothly. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience. Sugarista Responsibilities Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian + Bikini. Educate clients on the sugaring process, and before and after service care. Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system. Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards. Restock disposables and products; complete opening/closing side work. Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines. Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services. Requirements Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state you’re applying for (Waxing license acceptable in New York). Entry-level and new graduates encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Services require the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements. What We Offer Paid training program in our sugaring technique (no experience needed). Consistent scheduling with 7-hour shifts (Part-Time and Full-Time available). High client volume to help you build speed and confidence fast. Competitive hourly pay plus gratuity on all services performed. $750 quarterly bonus opportunities. Commission opportunities on memberships and product sales after training. Growth and advancement opportunities as we expand new store locations. Complementary sugaring and tanning services plus discounts on our product line. 401(k) Matching. Healthcare is offered to full-time employees who work a minimum of 130 hours per month.
