Address: 175 NJ-70 Suite 4-B, Medford, NJ 08055 Compensation: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Responsibilities Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working Carry Esthetics liability insurance Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars Qualifications Active Esthetics license in the working state Esthetics liability insurance Ability to adhere to licensing laws and regulations Strong client service orientation and communication skills Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development Benefits All linens, tools, equipment, supplies provided Tips paid out same day Employer contribution to medical insurance 401(k) and 401(k) matching Free uniforms Health insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance Competitive salary Employee discounts Flexible schedule Paid time off Training & development Opportunity for advancement We can’t wait to meet you!
