Job Description
We are seeking a Finance / Corporate Attorney with at least 4+ years of transactional experience to join our nationally recognized Corporate Trust practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions alongside leading financial institutions in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Represent financial institutions acting as trustees, administrative agents, and collateral/security agents
Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents
Advise on corporate debt, project finance, municipal bond, and structured finance transactions
Support capital markets and loan agency transactions from inception through closing
Manage multiple transactions in a deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
4+ years of transactional experience (finance, corporate, or capital markets preferred)
Experience with finance, securities, or capital markets transactions is highly desirable
Strong ability to analyze and work with complex legal and financial documents
Excellent organizational and time-management skills in fast-paced environments
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
