**Title:**Executive Housekeeper **Location:**Aurora, CO**Job Summary:** The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for managing all aspects of the housekeeping department, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency throughout the hotel. This role oversees staffing, scheduling, training, and inventory management, while also collaborating with the General Manager to maintain service standards, control costs, and implement departmental programs. **Essential Functions and Duties:***Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.***Required Experience, Education, and Skills:** 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping, preferably in a hotel environment. Proven experience managing housekeeping operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and inventory management. Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and housekeeping management software.Ability to develop and manage budgets and control costs effectively. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
