As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations of the hotel, ensuring cleanliness, order, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: Supervise and train housekeeping staff Manage inventory of cleaning supplies Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Coordinate housekeeping schedules Requirements: Associate's Degree in Hotel Management (preferred) 5+ years experience in housekeeping, including 3+ years in a supervisory role Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to lift 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform cleaning tasks Ability to work flexible hours Note: Duties may adapt to meet evolving business needs.
