Job Description

A private UHNW family is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of luxury homes. This is a highly trusted leadership role responsible for ensuring each residence is maintained to a consistent, homeowner-ready standard and fully prepared prior to the principals’ arrival. The ideal candidate is a proactive operator who takes true ownership of residential operations. This role will establish systems, property standards, and operational protocols across the residence portfolio while ensuring every property runs seamlessly from both a mechanical and hospitality perspective.

This position requires someone who can anticipate needs, identify issues before they arise, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across multiple homes and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own operational oversight across a portfolio of luxury residences
  • Establish and maintain systems that ensure each home is consistently homeowner-ready
  • Conduct regular property inspections and proactively troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure residences are mechanically sound and fully functioning (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
  • Develop and implement detailed operational checklists and property readiness standards
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers across all properties
  • Oversee landscaping, preventative maintenance, and property care
  • Coordinate repairs, improvements, and construction-related projects
  • Ensure homes are properly prepared prior to principal arrivals with strong hospitality standards

Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years of estate management or luxury residential property management experience
  • Strong hospitality and 5 star service orientation
  • Experience overseeing operations across multiple high-end residences
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential systems and preventative maintenance
  • Highly organized with a systems-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable managing vendors and property operations across multiple locations
  • Able to operate independently and take full ownership of residential operations
  • Discreet, proactive, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable with significant travel as required by the property portfolio

Salary Range is DOE plus full health benefits
