A private UHNW family is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of luxury homes. This is a highly trusted leadership role responsible for ensuring each residence is maintained to a consistent, homeowner-ready standard and fully prepared prior to the principals’ arrival. The ideal candidate is a proactive operator who takes true ownership of residential operations. This role will establish systems, property standards, and operational protocols across the residence portfolio while ensuring every property runs seamlessly from both a mechanical and hospitality perspective.
This position requires someone who can anticipate needs, identify issues before they arise, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across multiple homes and vendors.
