Job Description
Position Summary: Douglas School District is seeking a dynamic and student-centered individual to serve in a dual role as a Library Aide and Student Enrichment Instructor. This full-time position is split between supporting daily library operations (0.5 FTE) and providing engaging enrichment instruction (0.5 FTE) to students in areas such as STEAM, art integration, study skills, and student well-being.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with students in both structured and creative environments and is passionate about supporting academic growth and the development of the whole child.
