Role Overview: We are seeking dependable and hardworking Dishwashers to join our team at the new Dandelion Cafe location in The Heights. The ideal candidates will have strong work ethic, punctuality and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing support to our culinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher machinery or by hand as needed.
• Ensure all kitchen items are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including disposal of trash and cleaning of floors and equipment.
• Assist with food prep and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies in their designated places.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A passion for contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.
