WE ARE ACTIVELY HIRING HIRING EXPERIENCED MANAGERS FOR OUR NEW STONECREST LOCATION AS WELL AS OUR SMYRNA AND SNELLVILLE LOCATIONS.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar and Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our food and beverage service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending and restaurant management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a casual dining environment. As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, county and state liquor laws, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guest

Duties

• Manage daily bar operations, including staff scheduling and shift management.
• Oversee the preparation and serving of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Train and mentor bartenders and wait staff on best practices in Great Customer Service and 100% Guest Satisfaction .
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a wonderful dining experience.
• We are hiring for positions in Smyrna, Snellville and Stonecrest, depending on your location, strengths and availability.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending and restaurant management within casual or fine dining settings with Cigar and Hookah experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in shift management and team development.

Experience:

• Full Service Restaurant management: 5 years (Required)
• Bartending: 3 years (Required)
• Serving: 3 years (Required)
• Aloha POS: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Social Security Number (Required)
• Gwinnett County Alcohol Permit

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Required)
• Night Shift (Required)
• Overnight Shift (Required)
