Eosol Group is on the lookout for a talented Civil/Mechanical Supervisor to join our awesome team! 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️ We're working on an exciting photovoltaic project that's currently in the construction phase, and we need your expertise to make it a smashing success. If you're passionate about renewable energy and have a knack for civil and mechanical supervision, this is the gig for you!

What you'll be doing:

As our Civil/Mechanical Supervisor, you'll be the go-to person for overseeing all civil and mechanical aspects of the construction. Think of yourself as the conductor of our construction orchestra, ensuring every instrument plays its part perfectly! 🎶

What we're looking for:

We need someone with at least 2 years of solid experience in this field. Bonus points if you've already rocked it on previous photovoltaic projects – we love that! ☀️ Your ability to manage teams and ensure top-notch quality is key. Plus, you'll need a valid US work visa (crucial!) and a great command of English. We're a global team, so clear communication is a must. 🗣️

Why join Eosol Group?

Joining Eosol means becoming part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and making a real difference. We offer a challenging yet rewarding work environment where your contributions are truly appreciated. Come help us power the world with clean energy! ⚡️🌍

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all civil works on site.
  • Oversee mechanical installations and ensure they meet project specifications.
  • Monitor construction progress and report on timelines and potential issues.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage and lead site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
  • Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil/mechanical supervision.
  • Proven experience in photovoltaic projects.
  • Valid US work visa.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

If you're ready to take on this exciting challenge and help us build the future, we can't wait to hear from you! Let's build something amazing together! 💪
