Overview
Join a 280-bed acute care hospital with a 124-bed Behavioral Health unit , serving the community for over 45 years. As the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) , you will work alongside the CNO to drive clinical excellence, operational performance, and strategic growth across behavioral health services.
Role Summary
The ACNO is a key executive leader responsible for supporting nursing operations, advancing patient-centered care, and developing leadership capabilities. This role oversees multiple patient care areas, leads strategic initiatives, and builds a strong culture of quality, safety, and engagement.

Salary: $140,000 – $155,000
Bonus: 17.5% performance-based
