Job Title: Groundperson
**We are hiring entry level or experienced ground people with CDL Class A.** Job training is provided in-house but you must have a CDL.

Requirements:
- Must have CDL class A.
- Must be able to lawfully work in the USA.
- Uphold a positive, forward thinking mindset: Must have a positive attitude toward coworkers, customers and everyone you encounter.
- Must be a proactive problem solver who contributes to a safe and productive day, ultimately leading to completing work ahead of schedule resulting in shorter work days.

- Negativity and dishonesty: Resistant to feedback, disrespectful to co-workers and customers, complaining, drama and gossip.
- Poor Accountability: Not taking accountability for your own actions, blaming others for mistakes, needing constant supervision.
