Sholane began her financial services compliance career in 2007, working across banking, wealth management, financial advice and investment.
Over nearly two decades, her work has expanded into regulatory change, programme delivery, operating-model transformation, data governance, systems implementation, digital trust and AI governance.
Today, she leads Navigate Compliance Group and Altara, designing and implementing future-ready compliance and governance capabilities for regulated organisations.
